The Westminster Square community is located on the southern
side of the Town of Culpeper. It is a neighborhood comprised
of approximately 60 houses. The community has an active
homeowners' association and hopes that the addition of
a neighborhood watch will bring a sense of safety for
the children in the neighborhood. The HOA plans to build
a family-friendly recreation area within the community.
