The Westbrook neighborhood is located in the southwestern
part of the Town of Culpeper. This neighborhood is a collection
of approximately 40 townhouses, most of which are newly
constructed. The first meeting for this new neighborhood
watch has not been set, but there is a strong interest
in forming a group to maintain the integrity of this new
neighborhood.
