The Southridge community is located on the southern side of the Town of Culpeper. It is comprised of single-family homes, village houses and townhouses. It is a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood with an active homeowners' association. Although there are many senior residents, it is a neighborhood that is very family-friendly. There is a community pool and residents are frequently seen strolling through the streets.
