Patrol District 4

Patrol District 4 is located on the west side of the Town Of Culpeper. It is defined by Madison Road to the south, Main Street to the east, Sperryville Pike to the north, and the Town limits to the west. Several government buildings are located within this District. The Culpeper Police Department, the Culpeper County Sheriff's Office, and the Culpeper County Court House are all located on West Cameron Street. The Town Hall is located on South Main Street and is the location for the payment of Town utility bills.

Recreational areas are also in District 4. Yowell Meadow Park, located on Blue Ridge Avenue, provides a wide array of things for visitors. There are walking and hiking trails, picnic shelters, baseball and soccer fields, basketball and tennis courts, and a bicycle park. Kestner Wayside, located on Madison Road, provides private picnic tables in shaded atmosphere.

The Culpeper County Fire Department is located in District 4 and hosts weekly Bingo.

There are two established Neighborhood Watch groups in this area and one community that has expressed interest in forming a watch group.
