Patrol District 3 is the northern district of the Town Of Culpeper. Roads outlining this District are James Madison Highway to the southeast and Sperryville Pike to the southwest. The town border defines the northern limit of District 3.
Several schools are located in this District. Two public schools and two private schools are located here. Culpeper County Schools have Floyd T. Binns Middle School and Sycamore Park Elementary School on Radio Lane. There are also two private schools: St. Luke's School and Culpeper Christian School, both located on Old Rixeyville Road.
There is a major shopping area in this district. Dominion Square Shopping Center has major department stores, specialty shops, and restaurants.
The Culpeper County Rescue Squad building is in this District and frequently hosts family-oriented events.
There is one established Neighborhood Watch is this district and one in the planning stages.
- Belle Parc Neighborhood Watch - This covers the area known by the same name.
- Hiden Fields - This area has expressed an interest in forming a Neighborhood Watch group.
