The Belle Parc area of the town is on the north end of the town, a well-established area with many long-term residents. Residents have a strong interest in maintaining the family friendly environment of their neighborhood.

The Belle Parc Neighborhood Watch Group participated in the 2007 National Night Out. They completed a walk of the entire Belle Parc Neighborhood with Captain Pinksaw.
