The Culpeper Police Department is proud to present the first sponsored soap box derby car.  This car is in the super stock division and is driven by Austin Hickman.  Austin's father is employed as a detective with the department.     The project was paid for by donated funds from members of the Police Deparment.  The annual soap box derby is June 21, 2008 on Blue Ridge Avenue.  Come out and help cheer for Austin and the C.P.D. Racing Team.
